Concept Design & Development
Depending on your requirements and the stage of development of your project, we are able to offer a full design service or we can utilise your existing designs provided by your architect or interior designer.
Where we are engaged to complete concepts, we provide these responding to your brief and adding the benefit of our experience including alternate ideas and material options.
Our inhouse creative team means that we are able to custom design all aspects of your fitout - from joinery and displays through to paneling and furniture across all project types and applications.
Once the concepts are approved, we produce detailed production drawings for your review and approval.
Production & Installation Drawings
Following approval of the base design, Lagome will convert concept into detailed production drawings that will set out the schedule of materials, production timelines and delivery schedule.
To assist our clients in the review and approval of the designs we provide detailed 3D renders of each aspect - these can be used both for client reference and also in your marketing material to promote your new project.
During this phase we also apply our significant production expertise to value engineer the designs ensuring we pass any savings to our client.

Installation Options
Lagome partners with locally based installers as both preferred installation partners and as sub-contractors.
Alternately, clients are able to use their own contractors to complete the installation phase based on the detailed installation drawings that we provide.
In either instance, Lagome provides a site supervisor to assist with the initial delivery to site, quality inspection and installation process. Lagome will also provide support during the installation if required.
